Fay’s interpretations of the Wiltshire landscape and the towering skyline of London have a dash that comes from her belief that paint should enjoy itself.
One of her large charcoal drawings of Canary Wharf is on permanent display in the Museum in Docklands.
Her studies of animals are also spirited and free.
