Preferably you would like to send out at least 2-3 recommendations. This enables you to make the property owners compete for your tenancy,but also gives you back ups in the event one area gets rented to another occupant.
If you’re renting commercial area on your own then you would have to draft the recommendations. Or else if dealing with a tenant representative then they’ll draft them for you.
